We had bedroom cabinets fitted in our apartment. We visited the showroom and dealt with Kamil throughout. He was very curteous and patient and came up with a good design. However, I do feel that with a bit more experience the space in the room could have been used better.

The preparation process prior to manufacturing was a bit long but we didn't have problems. The units were delivered just within the timeframe we were given, and the fitting was good. The fitting took 3 days although we were told it would get done in just one day. There was an issue with visible electricity cables which I did not accept, and the electricians on site managed to come up with a good solution, but I would have liked this to have been addressed at the design stage to show professionalism and creativity.

One other issue that I did not like was that full payment was required before installation. I feel there is an issue of trust here, with the customer expected to have full trust in the company and pay fully in advance, while this trust is not reciprocated by the company.

Overall, my experience was good. Materials and fitting were also good. All the people I dealt with were polite and tried to make me happy, but I feel there's still room for improvement in the areas I mentioned above.

Thank you Kamil and the team 🙂

We had asked Tasameem to help us renovate our kitchen. First, we were met with very pleasant and professional staff, especially Mr Kamil, nothing short of a gentleman. He was very pleasant and accommodating.

He spent a lot of time showing us all the options and together we came up with a plan . Mr. Kamil. Made sure that the plan was executed properly and in timely manner. The end result was stunning with a beautiful kitchen. I strongly recommend Tasameem.

Very nice experience with Tasameem Kitchens. They are super professionnel. If you are not happy with one of their subcontractors, they will send you another one to try to fix the damages. Have a look at my dream kitchen, they only took 6 months to reach this level perfection.
